Internet Woes

The internet has been moving far too slow. I can't write. I can barely study. I'm anxious. I can't check the news. I don't know what's going on in my friends lives, a la no Facebook. I can't figure out what the weather is like.

All because of the internet.

I can't check my e-mail. I can't download review guides. I can't access my grades. I have to use notes and decipher my chicken scratch. I will blame the internet on my mediocre grades. I'll probably have to forget about this whole week if the internet continues to falter. I may give up completely.

All because of the internet.

I don't know how people lived without it. I'd look it up, but I don't have the internet. I'm assuming it's cold, but I'm not entirely sure. Weather.com won't load and my widgets are all screwed up. I don't know what's being served for dinner, I may starve. Will I have to eat crackers?

All because of the internet.

If I get sick, WebMD certainly won't load- how will I cure myself? How are other students dealing with this situation? Is it only me? Where is everyone? I can't even Twitter about this curse. I have class soon, maybe everything will be normal when I get back. If it doesn't I'll be forced to watch movies and put my studying on hold.

All because of the internet.

Hopefully this blog post will be published. Otherwise I'll have to write on loose leaf and it takes way too long to hand write these days. Did people actually write letters without the aid of computers in the past? Spellcheck is a godsend, I bet people didn't know how to spell anything fifty years ago. People used to be dumb because they probably spelled dumb without the 'b.' Now everyone can spell and everyone is smart. Sort of.

All because of the internet.
